To respect the time of all clients and maintain appointment availability, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. * No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. * Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
